With a strong inclination towards the divine, Lea Kramhöller takes you onto a journey to find exactly that: The hidden guidance within us that seems to lead us through every day life. Kramhöller sees reality as a mirror, as we find ourselves faced with what it means to be human. What sort of alchemy happens in the darkness? What does the light shine on, and where does it lead us?

For Kramhöller, everything we experience follows the perfect circular rhythms of nature. Her painting series, and eponymous first solo-show “PROMENADOLOGIE”, translates nature through the lense of mindful exploration. The series serves as an ode to her home, the forest, and as a reminder to move through life with nature.

In her current project “Mother.”, Kramhöller finds herself at the intersection of the psychology of dreams, the spiritual realm and ancestral wounds. How are dreams reflecting our current states, and what are they trying to tell us? The series illustrates Kramhöllers 9-year-long journey of reoccurring dreams about loss, self-realisation, and responsibility.
